Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Consultant located in Kerala, India. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading consulting projects, providing strategic guidance to clients, analyzing business data, developing actionable insights, facilitating client workshops, preparing reports, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong background in business analysis and developing actionable insights
  • Experience in facilitating client workshops and preparing detailed reports

  • Proficiency in digital tools and experience with digital adaptation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
