Job Title :- Design Coordinator (PEB ) Department :- Design . Gender Preference :- Male Only

JOB BRIEF

The Design coordinator is responsible for coordinating various design projects, from conceptualization to final execution. This position requires effective management of timeline, resources and communication channels to ensure the timely delivery of high quality design outputs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Coordinate with project team to develop architectural designs and plans.

Communication effectively with clients, engineers and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Prepare and review detailed drawings and specifications.

Resolve any design related issues promptly.

EDUCATION

Minimum Education :- Graduate in Architecture

Technical Education :- Architectural Engineering

BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS.

AutoCAD

Project Management

Building information Modelling (BIM)

Microsoft Office Suite

Construction Documentation

Problem Solving ( Strong understanding )

Attention to Detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
