Location: Andheri (Marol), Mumbai – Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered

What You'll Do
Lead the design and development of high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver feature-rich applications.
Drive end-to-end app lifecycle – from requirements, coding, testing, deployment, to maintenance.
Ensure best practices in performance optimization, state management, and clean architecture.
Integrate APIs, cloud services (Firebase/AWS), and third-party libraries.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Stay updated with latest mobile development trends and bring innovative solutions to the team.
What We're Looking For
2–3years of hands-on experience in mobile app development with strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.
Proven track record of delivering live apps on Play Store / App Store.
Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.).
Solid grasp of REST APIs, JSON, push notifications, Firebase, and cloud messaging.
Good knowledge of mobile UI/UX guidelines and experience in building pixel-perfect interfaces.
Familiarity with Git / version control.
Problem-solver with attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Good to Have
Knowledge of native Android/iOS development.
Experience in team mentoring / leading small teams.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
