  • We are hiring for US Shared Services will be responsible for leading shared services operations across North America, which includes the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia.
  • This role will oversee the delivery of centralized support services, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • The incumbent will manage a regional team and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality services across HR, finance, procurement, and other back-office functions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 + years of experience in shared services or a similar operational role, preferably with exposure to North American markets.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing regional teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and shared services best practices in the US and Latin America.
