Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer (Manager-level) to lead the design and delivery of innovative AI-driven prototypes and solutions for clients. This role requires a mix of hands-on engineering, project leadership, and stakeholder management. You will architect and implement AI/ML systems, manage client expectations, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring projects are delivered with technical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI solution development from design to deployment.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including client interactions and stakeholder management.
  • Architect scalable, cloud-native AI applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Balance coding responsibilities with project management and client engagement.
  • Stay current with emerging AI/ML and cloud technologies and apply them in client solutions.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering.
  • Experience leading small teams or projects in AI/ML or software development.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Flask/FastAPI, , React.
  • Strong experience with ML/GenAI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
