Business Objective
The Centralized Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) team is established to:
- Support the Field Sales Team by converting high-quality sales opportunities.
- Improve lead response time and increase conversion ratios for construction equipment sales.
- Build a scalable, professional inside sales function to reduce the field sales burden and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for construction equipment and related products.
- Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the field sales team to follow up and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
- Prepare and share technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, product availability, and order processing.
- Ensure timely follow-up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives to generate new leads.
- Provide post-sales support coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
