Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive at our Coimbatore location. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing sales processes, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions. The role also involves analyzing market trends, monitoring key performance indicators, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and developing growth strategies
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or freight services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales management tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the logistics sector
  • Willingness to be based in Coimbatore and travel as needed
