  • Must have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Construction field.

  • Implement and enforce company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Conduct regular workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety laws.

  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.

  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs for employees.

  • Maintain safety documentation, reports, and incident records as required.

  • Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees.

  • Coordinate with departments to promote a safety-first culture.

  • Assist in emergency preparedness planning, mock drills, and evacuation procedures.

  • Review and approve work permits (Hot Work, Confined Space, Height Work, etc.).

  • Liaise with government authorities during inspections and audits.

  • Monitor safe use of machinery, tools, chemicals, and hazardous materials.
