About Nexmin

Nexmin is an upcoming online food and grocery delivery platform launching soon across the UK and Europe. Our mission is to redefine how people shop for groceries — combining convenience, reliability, and sustainability.

We're building our digital marketing team and are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst based in India to work remotely with our international marketing division. The ideal candidate will be both data-driven and creative, with strong skills in digital campaign management, content creation, and brand storytelling.

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you'll be responsible for driving nexmin's online presence through strategic marketing campaigns, engaging content, and performance insights. You'll manage multiple digital channels, optimise campaigns for growth, and ensure our messaging resonates with UK and European audiences.

This is a remote role suitable for professionals who have worked in food delivery, grocery delivery, or e-commerce sectors, and who can combine analytical thinking with creative execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Track campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and optimise ROI using data insights.

Content & Creative Marketing

  • Write, edit, and optimise marketing content for websites, blogs, ads, social media, and email.
  • Collaborate with designers and creative teams to produce visually compelling, brand-consistent content.
  • Ensure all creatives (ads, visuals, videos) are aligned with nexmin's brand voice and target audience.
  • Suggest and oversee creative direction for campaigns, visuals, and social content calendars.

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Conduct keyword research and manage on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimise content for search visibility and user engagement.
  • Analyse website performance and recommend improvements.

Email, CRM & Retention

  • Create and manage email marketing and automation campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Segment audiences and personalise content for better open and click-through rates.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor marketing data using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Evaluate content and ad creatives based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within food delivery, grocery delivery, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong command of content writing, copywriting, and creative storytelling for marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Ability to collaborate remotely across teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with UK/European brands or international marketing teams.
  • Understanding of customer behaviour in the online food or grocery delivery market.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
