Job Title: Sales and Marketing ExecutiveDepartment: Sales & MarketingReports To: Sales Manager / Marketing ManagerJob Summary:The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, promoting products and services, building strong client relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. The role involves both field and office-based activities to achieve business targets and strengthen the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including social media and email marketing.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and buying trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.).
- Contribute ideas for improving brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers may be considered for junior roles).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel as required.
