Head of Finance
to join our leadership team and drive financial excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Risk Management

  • Identify financial risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Take ownership of year-end and statutory audits.

2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Ensure timely preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain a weekly cash flow forecast.
  • Track key financial KPIs and design strategies to address underperformance.
  • Partner with HR to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

3. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team for high performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training to enhance team knowledge of financial processes and industry nuances.

4. Collaboration with Stakeholders

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Support management in pricing decisions, vendor negotiations, and investment planning.
  • Act as a financial advisor to senior leadership and business units.
