Position Summary:

The Head of Finance will oversee all financial activities of the retail organization, ensuring sound financial management and providing strategic direction for business growth. This role will lead the finance team, manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow, ensuring financial objectives align with the company's long-term retail strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the retail industry, a strong understanding of financial operations, and a proven track record of managing large-scale financial projects

· Strategic Financial Leadership – Responsible in shaping financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability

· Compliance & Risk Management – Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls is a key focus

· Operational Efficiency – Optimizing cash flow, working capital, and financial processes to improve efficiency

· Retail-Specific Financial Management – Financial analysis related to sales performance, pricing strategies, and inventory management.

· Stakeholder & Team Leadership – Leading finance teams and collaborating with senior management

· Investment & Expansion Initiatives – responsibilities for mergers, acquisitions, and capital expenditures to support business growth

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
