Job Description:

The Site Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Manage subcontractors and ensure work quality as per specifications and drawings.

Schedule work and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines.

Verify material delivery and maintain inventory at the site.

Handle site-level documentation and record-keeping.

Resolve technical issues and site-related challenges promptly.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3–7 years of experience in site management (construction/interior/infra).

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (preferred).
