
Business Development Head

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Head to lead growth in the building and construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales, client relationship management, and market expansion within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Drive customer acquisition and build strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and individual clients.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
- Identify new market opportunities and keep track of industry trends.
- Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve maximum performance.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of proven experience in B2C sales (building & construction industry preferred).
- Strong professional network within the construction ecosystem in Kerala.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close sales, and manage key customer accounts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
