The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, drive data-driven decision-making, and lead projects using Agile methodologies (Kanban). - Develop & Maintain Qlik Sense Solutions : Design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards, reports, and applications using Qlik Sense.
- Data Modeling & Governance : Build and maintain data models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reporting.
- SQL Development : Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Qlik Sense Administration : Manage Qlik Sense environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and access control.
- Requirement Gathering : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Automation & Reporting : Implement automated reporting solutions using NPrinting and alerting features to improve efficiency.
- Agile & Kanban Execution : Lead BI projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and iterative improvements.
- Training & Mentorship : Conduct user training sessions, support business teams in utilizing Qlik Sense effectively, and mentor junior analysts.
- Collaboration with Leadership : Engage with technical and business leaders to refine BI solutions and enhance data-driven :

- 9 years of experience in Qlik Sense development and administration.
- Expertise in Qlik Sense with a strong understanding of data visualization and BI best practices.
- Strong SQL skills for query development and troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Kanban preferred).
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an innovative mindset.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :
- Experience with data warehousing and data mart concepts.
- Proficiency in NPrinting for report automation.
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions and integrations.
