Role Overview

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our US Digital Product team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement high-impact visualizations using QlikSense/Tableau, and Excel to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
  • Utilize Python and SQL for advanced data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Conduct complex data modeling, applying sophisticated business rules and logic in the transformation layer.
  • Promote daily execution of product priorities, embodying true 'client-obsession' by leveraging user data, behavioral analytics, and customer feedback to craft dashboard designs and build the product roadmap.
  • Serve as a point person within the digital product team to own and manage data analytics. Utilize Python and SQL for advanced data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Create ad-hoc reports for product managers and senior leadership, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Present findings and strategic insights to senior leadership, driving informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineering, Data Enablement tech team and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and ensure comprehensive data collection and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners, including senior leaders in Business, Technology, Design, Operations, Servicing, Digital, and Control functions.
  • Understand data trends and provide explanations for data fluctuations.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as QlikSense/Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
