Job Description:

Happiest Minds is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Data Analyst - Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have between 6 to 10 years of experience in data analysis and engineering, with a proven track record of managing and transforming large datasets into actionable insights. You will play a vital role in our data-driven initiatives and contribute to our mission of empowering businesses through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead data analysis initiatives to extract, clean, and transform large datasets for meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Design and implement data management and mining processes to enhance data quality and accessibility.
  • Utilize Azure Data Lake to store, analyze, and manage data efficiently.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior data analysts and engineers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and engineering.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years and maximum 10 years of experience in data management/analysis and engineering.
  • Proficient in data management, mining, and collection techniques.
  • Strong experience with Azure Data Lake and related technologies.
  • Excellent business analysis skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
