​Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in executing marketing strategies, managing online campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and creating engaging video content and animations. It is ideal for someone passionate about bringing ideas to life through visual storytelling, motion graphics, and digital media.​

Key Responsibilities

• Research advertising trends and competitors' pricing and products
• Execute projects with the team to create content
• Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns
• Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed
• Research advertising trends, competitors' pricing and products
• Decide on appropriate placement of ads
• Determine what content will reach customers
• Develop projects to create content
• Publish digital marketing content online
• Implement email marketing campaigns
• Measure digital traffic
• Monitor social media and Google Analytics
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
• Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
• Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
• Monitor project status and budget
• Conduct market research to inform campaigns
• Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist, preferably with luxury or premium brands.
• Experience driving traffic to an e-commerce site and converting visitors into customers.
• Expertise in SEO, online sales, brand management, social media marketing, publicity, and promotion.
• Experience using AI tools for social media marketing (SMM), SEO optimization, video creation, and automation.
• Skilled in creating explainer and promo videos using AI-based or traditional editing tools.
• Thorough understanding of both traditional and digital marketing principles and market research methods, particularly in the context of luxury brands.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Strong experience with marketing data analytics and platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software, including Adobe Creative Suite and CRM tools.
• Expert user of Canva for designing social media posts, reels, and visual content.
• Experience with Hootsuite, graphic and video design tools such as Photoshop and After Effects.
• Familiarity with web development tools such as Dreamweaver is a plus.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Commercial awareness combined with a creative, innovative mindset.

Location of applicants:

1. Rayakottai, Tamil Nadu but Hosur residents are preferred.
2. Bangalore candidates encouraged to apply – must be able to commute to Hosur/Rayakottai
