Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide clients on visa requirements and procedures.
  • Provide complete visa consultation for destinations such as Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Dubai, and others.
  • Accurately fill and verify visa application forms and ensure all supporting documents are complete.
  • Coordinate with VFS Global and embassy offices for submissions and follow-ups.
  • Maintain client records and update application statuses regularly.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed visa services through professional communication and follow-ups.
  • Explain different visa categories, processing times, and fees to clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and transparency.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth processing.
  • Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred in Travel, Hospitality, or Business).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in visa consultancy, travel agency, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of visa documentation and embassy procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and online form portals.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and team player.
