Position: Technical Manager MERN Stack

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Technical Manager MERN Stack to lead high-performing development teams and ensure seamless execution of complex projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in MERN stack development, AWS serverless architecture, and strong leadership capabilities to drive innovation, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced web and mobile solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical direction on best practices, frameworks, and tools.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using and AWS (Serverless, EC2, ECS).
  • Define and implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps standards, and automated deployment workflows.
  • Ensure systems are built with a focus on security, reliability, and fault tolerance.

Team & Project Management

  • Manage and mentor development teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Plan sprints, stories, and subtasks in alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation including technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
  • Drive code quality through reviews, best practices, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, visibility, and team engagement across all projects.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate closely with clients and project managers to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, ensuring transparent communication on progress and risks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI) to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions.

People Management & Development

  • Mentor and guide developers and team leads to enhance technical and leadership skills.
  • Participate in performance reviews, appraisals, and career development planning.
  • Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Core Expertise & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years in full-stack application development with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
  • Backend: Expertise in , AWS Serverless architecture, and microservices design.
  • Frontend: Strong experience with and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
  • Frameworks: Proficient with , NestJS, , and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • System Design: Excellent understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • AI/ML Exposure: Hands-on experience in integrating AI/ML solutions into scalable production systems is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and project management abilities.
