Main responsabilities:

  • Build, lead, and own a product from scratch with key local stakeholders;
  • Develop high-quality product roadmaps based on our vision and strategy;
  • Manage trade-offs to ensure the right features are built with the right quality at the right time, being responsible for the project (SQUAD) financial management and priorities;
  • Understand the data flow of supply, people, compliance, systems, and sources;
  • Manage stakeholders of various nationalities, communicate performance, articulate root cause analysis, and focus on continuous improvement;
  • Promote decision-making across the team;
  • Ability to critique and manage priorities that truly add value to stakeholders;
  • Partner with global product teams to identify and influence the right solutions and prioritizations that make sense for the product to add business value;
  • Create related goals and metrics, monitor progress, and manage blockers to achieve objectives;
  • Manage products by developing project plans, monitoring, and optimizing performance.
