About the Role

We're hiring a
Senior Product Manager
to lead critical product initiatives focused on Search, Personalization, and Seller Experience for one of the fast growing e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will combine deep product thinking with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, data-driven experimentation, and platform-scale problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for search, discovery, and personalization, driving relevance, conversion, and engagement.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to build scalable and intuitive product experiences.
  • Enhance the seller experience by improving listing workflows, insights, and tools to optimize visibility and performance.
  • Define success metrics, set clear hypotheses, and run A/B experiments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze user journeys and data signals to build personalized recommendations and contextual experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business priorities into robust, high-impact product features.
  • Stay ahead of market trends in AI, personalization, and commerce tech to inform future roadmap evolution.

Qualifications

  • 4–10 years of total experience with experience in product management, ideally within e-commerce, quick commerce, or marketplace environments.
  • Proven experience in Search, Personalization, or Seller-side products with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills; proficiency with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile setup.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across levels and functions.
  • Experience with ML-based personalization or recommendation systems will be an added advantage.
