Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and will be responsible for generating actionable insights into business performance and user journeys. This role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive impactful decisions and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently design, develop, and maintain complex queries, dashboards, and reports to drive critical business decisions.
  • Extract, analyze, and manipulate data from diverse sources such as Hubspot, BigQuery, Google Sheets, and beyond.
  • Utilize advanced data visualization tools like Data Studio to present intricate data insights in a clear and impactful way.
  • Proactively engage with key stakeholders across various departments to identify analytical requirements and align on data strategies.
  • Vigilantly monitor and uphold the integrity and accuracy of data throughout Interview Kickstart.
  • Lead initiatives to evaluate, improve, and streamline data processes and workflows.
  • Act as a key driver in advanced data analysis projects, contributing significantly to the company's strategic planning and growth.

  • 2-5 years of experience in a data analyst role, with a proven track record of handling complex data projects.
