Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Ads Expert, located in Surat. The Meta Ads Expert will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating ad strategies, monitoring campaign performance, conducting market research, analyzing data, and implementing adjustments to meet performance goals. The role also involves staying updated on platform updates and trends to maximize advertising effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Meta advertising platforms, campaign management, and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring and improving ad performance metrics
  • Experience in market research, audience targeting, and campaign scaling
  • Proficiency in creating ad creatives, writing compelling ad copy, and executing A/B tests
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Meta ad policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience working on eCommerce brands or Shopify-based projects is a strong plus
