Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Plan and execute campaigns (online & offline) to promote products/services.
  • Manage branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and drive revenue.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Prepare marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI.
  • Build and manage a marketing team for smooth execution.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
