Project Manager

Purpose:

The Block head will play a key role in overseeing and managing renewable energy projects in Khavda. The ideal candidate will have at least 13 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a proven track record of successful project management. They will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within specified timelines and budget constraints. Experience:

• Minimum 13 years of experience in the renewable energy industry
• Demonstrated track record of successful project management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage renewable energy projects in Khavda, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure project success
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact delivery
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and environmental requirements

Education Qualification:

• B.E./ B.Tech – Electrical/ Civil/ Mechanical

Certification required:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Renewable Energy Professional (REP) certification (preferred)
