We are looking for an experienced
Sr. Digital Designer
with
5+ years of hands-on experience
in creating engaging, user-centered website and interactive designs. This role is based in Ahmedabad and involves working on a mix of client-facing projects (80%) and internal initiatives (20%).

You will lead the end-to-end design process—from concept development to execution—bringing innovation, creativity, and attention to detail to every project. Collaboration is key: you'll work with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, project managers, and clients, ensuring that design solutions align with project goals and user needs.

As a senior team member, you'll stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and UX methodologies, while also mentoring junior designers and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead website and interactive design projects from concept to final delivery
  • Collaborate with teams and clients to understand requirements and present design solutions
  • Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Contribute to UX strategy and design process optimization
  • Track time and support internal sales/design strategy

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital/web design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and responsive design work
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Strong eye for detail, typography, and color
