Are you an experienced Production Planning professional seeking a challenging career move?

Gudi Exports Pvt. Ltd., a leading player in the textile & apparel industry, is looking for a Production Planning Controller & GM with a minimum of 15 years' experience for our Faridabad facility. We welcome candidates from outside the garment industry especially those local to Faridabad's thriving auto sectorwho bring strong analytical skills, a robust educational background, and an assertive personality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain efficient production schedules based on order requirements, available resources, and capacity.
  • Coordinate across multiple departments (design, purchasing, production, quality control) to ensure timely material and resource availability.
  • Adapt plans swiftly in response to material sourcing changes, delays, or unforeseen production issues.
  • Clearly communicate schedules, targets, and changes with managers, supervisors, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve bottlenecks and production-related challenges decisively.
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Generate regular reports on production performance (efficiency, downtime, schedule adherence).

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of industry experience, preferably with exposure to production planning in garment/textile or related sectors.
  • Candidates from Faridabads auto sector or related manufacturing are especially encouraged to apply.
  • Proven analytical skills; proficiency with production planning software and ERP systems is a must.
  • Assertive communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
