Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PPC Manager to lead production planning and control operations at our facilities in Faridabad and Greater

Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end production planning, materials planning, and scheduling in a manufacturing

setup, preferably within the white goods, refrigeration, HVAC, or automotive components sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective production schedules to meet delivery targets and optimize plant efficiency.

Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, and quality departments to ensure seamless execution of production plans.

Monitor daily production outputs and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or unforeseen issues.

Ensure the availability of raw materials and components through effective material requirement planning (MRP).

Analyze capacity utilization and make recommendations to balance loads across machines and work centers.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning systems, processes, and tools to reduce waste and improve lead times.

Track and report key PPC KPIs such as OEE, schedule adherence, and inventory turnover.

Develop and manage demand forecasting models based on historical data and market trends.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for demand planning and forecasting alignment.

Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards in production planning processes.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering; MBA in Operations is a plus.

8-12 years of relevant experience in production planning and control.

Proven experience in managing PPC functions in white goods, refrigeration, HVAC, or tier-2 auto component manufacturing industry.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MRP tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies is preferred.
