Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and company policies.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and provide financial insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data and safeguard company assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/ICWA preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting & finance, preferably in Hospitality Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/MS Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
