Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for spotting exceptional talent, a deep understanding of the technical

landscape, and a passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best technical talent in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop effective

recruitment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities and candidate information

in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles using various platforms and

methods.

• Create compelling job descriptions and postings to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical

recruitment.

• Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and engaging recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication,

and interview scheduling.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates.
• Create and foster relationships with universities, coding bootcamps, and other talent sources.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and a seamless

recruitment process.

• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both technical and behavioural, with candidates.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements to assess technical skills and

qualifications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring

managers.

• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and

networking.

• Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit effectively.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes

simultaneously.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A passion for technology and a commitment to attracting top talent.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
