Talent Worx is looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team In this role you will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top technical talent across various domains including software development IT infrastructure and engineering Your expertise in the technical hiring arena will be essential in identifying the right candidates who are aligned with our clients needs Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies to attract candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process If you have a passion for technology and a knack for identifying talent we want to hear from you Requirements Key Responsibilities Source screen and interview candidates for technical roles across multiple platforms Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create effective job descriptions Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards social media and networking to attract top talent Coordinate and conduct interviews providing feedback and maintaining communication with candidates Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to effectively evaluate candidates Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and support throughout the recruitment process Required Qualifications 3 years of experience in technical recruiting with a solid understanding of IT roles and technologies Proficiency with applicant tracking systems ATS and recruitment software Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive and engaging approach to sourcing and candidate management Benefits Embrace the freedom of working from home Competitive Salary Promising Incentive
