Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Product Designer, located in Villupuram. The Associate Product Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, applying design thinking principles, conducting user research, and working on product design and UX research. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the creation of user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Visual Design and applying Design Thinking methodologies
  • Experience in User Research and UX Research
  • Proficiency in Product Design
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
