We are seeking a talented and creative **UI/UX Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces and ensuring seamless user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into visually appealing and functional designs that meet user needs and business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **User Research**:

- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions.
- **Design and Prototyping**:

- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across various devices and platforms.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
- Present design concepts and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- **Usability Testing**:

- Conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.
- Analyze feedback and data to make informed design improvements.
- **Design System Management**:

- Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including style guides and component libraries.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and color schemes across all designs.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Ability to create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
