Role Summary:

The HR & Receptionist Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for our company, offering administrative support across the organization and facilitating a welcoming and efficient work environment. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with basic HR functions, requiring a proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, creative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are comfortable, managing the front desk while maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries and manage outgoing correspondence.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.

HR Duties:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹12,000.00 per month
