Role Summary:
The HR & Receptionist Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for our company, offering administrative support across the organization and facilitating a welcoming and efficient work environment. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with basic HR functions, requiring a proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, creative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
- **Greet visitors** warmly and ensure they are comfortable, managing the front desk while maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming **phone calls** while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute **daily mail/deliveries** and manage outgoing correspondence.
- Perform other clerical **receptionis**t duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
HR Duties:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
