Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing:

o Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including online databases, social media,

job boards, and professional networks, to identify and attract Per Diem

healthcare professionals in the USA.

o Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with the

unique requirements of our clients.

• Market Research:

o Analyze data to identify potential talent pools, recruitment challenges, and

opportunities within the Per Diem healthcare domain.

• Candidate Engagement:

o Initiate and maintain meaningful communication with prospective candidates,

providing comprehensive information about job opportunities and assessing

their suitability for specific roles.

o Cultivate relationships with Per Diem healthcare professionals, fostering a

positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Candidate Assessment:

o Conduct thorough initial candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with

job requirements and client expectations.

o Prepare a shortlist of readily available, pre-screened candidates for the job/s

and submit them to the internal stakeholders/client

o Coordinate seamlessly with the recruitment team to facilitate interviews and

streamline the candidate selection process.

• Collaboration:

o Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to understand client specifications,

and job requirements for candidate submission, interviews and selection

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a talent source or recruiter is beneficial
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. (English)
• Proficiency in using technology and sourcing tools.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven sales environment.
• Knowledge or previous experience with US staffing or hiring for international markets. (not essential)
• Knowledge of the USA healthcare system (not essential)
