Job Description

We're looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals across digital and

print media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media pages, blogs, websites, advertisements, and other brand materials.
  • Research & collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create cohesive and effective visual communication - Reels, Carousels, Static posts, live shoot, etc.
  • Perform confidently on camera, delivering engaging and professional-quality presentations especially for marketing videos, reels or interview with students/parents
  • Edit footage/video into polished content with transitions, soundtracks, and effects.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative ideas from brief to final delivery.
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital production.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Any other job which the management may assign

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual/Mass Communication or a related field.
  • 1-2+ years of professional design experience (or strong portfolio for entry-level roles).
  • Proficiency in Canva/Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and familiarity with Figma, CorelDRAW, and Blender for motion or 3D design.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Experience designing for digital platforms.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Good command over English, Hindi & Bengali language
