Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Kolkata (On-site)

Experience: 3–5 years

Working Hours: Standard working hours (as per project schedule)

Language Requirement: Fluent in English (written and spoken) – must be able to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 INR per month (based on experience and skill level)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, proficiency with leading design tools, and a deep understanding of branding, digital design, and visual storytelling. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to create visually compelling assets that elevate our brand identity and engage audiences across multiple platforms.

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

* Conceptualize and design visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms.

* Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual communications.

* Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, infographics, and presentations.

* Design visuals for web and mobile interfaces, ensuring user-centric and aesthetic layouts.

* Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate ideas into visual designs.

* Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

* Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute creative concepts that align with the company's marketing strategy and branding.

* Produce visually engaging graphics for ads, campaigns, and digital assets.

* Work with UI/UX and web developers to ensure cohesive brand integration.

* Prepare final design files for production, ensuring accuracy and print-readiness.

* Support video editing and motion design projects when required.

* Maintain a design library and assist in asset organization for future use.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

* 3–5 years of professional experience in a design or creative role.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma).

* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.

* Experience with branding and marketing material design.

* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or collaboratively.

* Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.

* Portfolio showcasing a range of design work (branding, digital, and print).

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

* Experience in motion graphics or video editing.

* Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design collaboration tools.

* Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

* Exposure to social media marketing and creative campaign development.

* Experience working with startups or digital marketing agencies.
