Business Development Executive – Eligibility Criteria Gender: Female Qualification: Graduate or Relevant Degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales Promotion, or Marketing Age: 22 – 30 years Skills Required: Proficient in using Internet tools, online research, and MS Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong convincing and interpersonal skills Ability to generate leads, follow up, and close sales Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a team environment Languages: Hindi (mandatory), English, and Telugu Work Location: Head Office – Secunderabad Business Development Executive – Roles & Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting o Identify potential clients through online research, databases, and networking. o Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers. 2. Client Communication & Follow-up o Make outbound calls to introduce company products and services. o Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into potential business opportunities. o Regularly follow up with clients to maintain engagement and ensure conversions. 3. Sales & Marketing Support o Promote products through phone, email, and online marketing platforms. o Support marketing campaigns and assist in brand promotion activities. 4. Data Management & Reporting o Maintain updated records of leads, interactions, and customer information. o Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and lead status. 5. Customer Relationship Management o Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients. o Ensure customer satisfaction and address client queries promptly. 6. Coordination & Team Support o Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets. o Share market feedback and competitor information with the management.
