Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget
  • Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for clients
  • Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and destination information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of domestic travel destinations and attractions
  • 2 years Experience with travel booking systems and tools
