Process Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating tax software with in-house applications, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations, and providing technical support to both internal teams and end-users. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. About The Role

• Experience on US tax return preparation.
• Freshers or min 1 year is needed.
• Education - B.com, Accounting and finance.
• Coordinate with internal staff and end-users to address concerns and requirements.
• Respond promptly to reported issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Achieve assigned targets and goals with accuracy and efficient planning.

About You

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Moderate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Familiarity with US tax laws and regulations is an advantage.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good analytical and decision-making abilities. Quick learner with adaptability to new challenges.
• Willingness to work extended hours and on holidays, as required.
