Job Description :Responsibilities :

  • Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation review.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Document and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects, QA) to design and develop technical solutions.
  • Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of software and hardware solutions.
  • Understand and document API requirements and data integrations.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Identify and document defects and work with development teams to resolve them.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings.
  • Assist in data migration and data quality initiatives.
  • Assist project managers in planning and monitoring project progress.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.

Qualifications :Experience :

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment.

Technical Skills :

  • Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with database concepts and SQL.
  • Familiarity with API's and web services.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Understanding of system integration concepts.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira.

Soft Skills :

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail orientated.

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certifications in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with programming languages )
