About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, analyzing
business processes, and preparing detailed documentation to support successful project delivery.
You will act as a key link between clients, stakeholders, and the technical team, ensuring that
project objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Use Case Diagrams.
Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements.
Assist in preparing project proposals, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating requirements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage requirement changes throughout
the project lifecycle.
Requirement:
2–3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT service/software development company.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with documentation tools (MS Office, Jira, etc.).
Ability to create BRDs, SRS, process flows, and wireframes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of technical concepts (basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations).
Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a client-facing role.
Good to Have:
Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or other.
Domain knowledge in IT services, software, or digital transformation projects.
