ESG & Impact Officer Qualification

:1) Bachelors or Master's degree in Public Health, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Hospital Administration, or related field. 2) 3–5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, healthcare impact, or hospital compliance. 3) Familiarity with BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting), SDGs, CSR frameworks, and healthcare regulations. 4) Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills. 5) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management abilities. Desirable Attributes: 1) Experience in healthcare or hospital settings. 2) Certification in ESG, sustainability reporting, or social impact measurement. 3) Ability to work cross-functionally across clinical and non-clinical departments

Key Responsibilities: 1) Environmental Stewardship  Monitor and reduce the hospital's carbon footprint, energy usage, water consumption, biomedical waste, and overall environmental impact.  Drive initiatives around green procurement, sustainable infrastructure, and renewable energy adoption.  Work with Facilities and Operations to improve resource efficiency and reduce environmental risks. 2) Social Responsibility  Design and oversee community health outreach programs and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.  Promote gender equity, diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹150,000.00 per month
