Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Outreach Intern located in Kerala, India. The Client Outreach Intern will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing customer service. The intern will also assist in enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in English and local languages is a plus
  • Passion for sustainability and dedication to fostering sustainable initiatives
  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
