Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Site Engineer for one of our reputed builder clients in Navi Mumbai (Nerul).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day on-site activities to ensure projects progress according to schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Prepare Estimate and planning, check Contractor RA Bill, manage materials inventories, etc. as required
  • Prepare, monitor, and enforce job safety analysis to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of construction progress, materials used, and expenditures incurred.
  • Prepare a daily and weekly progress report and send it to HO.
  • Prepare materials and manpower planning in advance for running construction activities smoothly.
  • Guide construction workers by applying knowledge, tools and techniques to meet project needs
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes to address challenges and achieve project goals.
  • Ensure that all relevant documentation and permits are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates Profile:

  • Dip/Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Min 5 years of work experience in real estate or related to a real estate firm.
  • Ability to lead and manage a project site independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
