Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of Architect for a reputed Company in the Real Estate Industry for  Navi Mumbai(CBD Belapur).

Responsibilities :

  • Develop architectural designs that meet client expectations, budgetary guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in architecture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed or pursuing licensure as a registered architect (RA).
  • Preferably, 4-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of Building Codes, UDCPR, Zoning Regulations, Construction Processes,
  • Redevelopment rules & regulations, MRTR Act and any other bullaces.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design practices.
  • Experience with 3D modelling software and rendering tools.
  • Portfolio showcasing diverse architectural projects and design solutions.
