About the role

We are seeking a Content & Strategic Marketing professional who is passionate about content creation, social media, strategic communication, and sustainability. This role involves a blend of content development, social impact research, campaign execution, and marketing strategy.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and engagement specialists, to create compelling content that drives brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.

This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, creative thinking, social sector understanding, and an ability to manage multi-format content in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing content strategies and plans for increasing the target audience for Employee Engagement Clients.

  2. Write and edit high-quality content for social media channels & engagement platforms.

  3. Conduct business research on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform content creation.

  4. Conduct research on the social issues and the ability to provide a comparative analysis on Social Responsibility.

  5. Good understanding of the Social Development sector, CSR, ESG, Human Rights, Social Issues, including Climate Issues.

  6. Ability to show experience working with NGOs (or) Academic experience in the Humanities background.

  7. Design understanding & Ability to collaborate with designers and marketers to create multimedia content, including content posts, campaigns, videos, infographics, and blog posts.

  8. Manage and update content calendars to ensure timely publication of content.

  9. Analyze content performance metrics and provide recommendations for engagement improvement and social media marketing.

  10. Stay updated on best practices in content marketing and implement innovative ideas to drive

engagement and conversions.

  1. Manage social media platforms and engage with followers.

  2. Create compelling written content for press releases, articles, and the website.

  3. Collaborate with the marketing team on content marketing initiatives.

  4. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for management.

  5. Someone with fresh ideas and demonstrates excellent English proficiency, strong writing skills, and a keen interest in content development & strategies, relations, we want to hear from you

Who Can Apply

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, English, Mass Communication, Sociology, Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sustainability, or related fields.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Keen interest in sustainability, social issues, and content strategy.
  • Ability to conduct research and translate insights into meaningful content.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities.
  • Freshers with relevant academic background or internship experience are welcome.
