Lending Product Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our Lending Solutions team as a Product Analyst and help drive process improvements and risk management in loan portfolio operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that support strategic growth and control objectives. Be a key contributor in standardizing governance and enhancing efficiency across the organization.

As a Product Analyst focused on Lending Exceptions, you will play a critical role in enhancing risk management and control functions within the front office. You will support process improvement initiatives, drive standardization, and help manage loan portfolios more efficiently, directly contributing to the strategic growth and risk reduction objectives of the Lending Solutions team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze product data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product strategy and development.
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define data requirements and metrics for product evaluation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance and key metrics.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand customer behavior and product usage.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve product features and user experience.
• Work with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation to validate product hypotheses and measure impact.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
• Assist in the development of product roadmaps and strategic plans based on data-driven insights.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience within financial services, preferably supporting the Banking business.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a product-focused environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience in Banking, Alteryx, Tableau
• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Understanding of customer experience and user interface design principles.
